Day 1 – AGRA / GWALIOR
Transfer to the Railway Station to board the
Shatabdi Express train for Gwalior.
Depart Agra at 0815 hrs
Arrive Gwalior at 0930 hrs
Meeting and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon visit the Gwalior Fort which dominates the city and
is its most magnificient monument. Visit Man Mandir Palace
built by Raja Man Singh. Also visit Sas Bahu Ka Mandir, Suruj
Kund, Tansen’s Tomb and Sun Temple.
Overnight hotel.
Day 2 – GWALIOR / JHANSI / KHAJURAHO

Transfer to Railway Station to board the Shatabdi Express
train for Jhansi.
Depart Gwalior at 0933 hrs
Arrive Jhansi at 1039 hrs
Meeting and transfer to Khajuraho by car.
Afternoon sightseeing tour visiting the Eastern and Western
group of temples. The largest temple is Kandariya Mahadev,
dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the Western group lies the
Chaunsat Yogini temple. Other noteworthy temples are Viswanath.
Lakshmana, Varaha and Chitragupta temple.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 – KHAJURAHO / VARANASI
In time transfer to the airport to board flight for
Varanasi by IC407.
Depart Khajuraho at 1150 hrs
Arrive Varanasi at 1235 hrs
Meeting and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon visit Sarnath where Lord Buddha delivered his first
sermon.
Evening visit Amrit Rao Peshwa Ghat to witness devotees
performing the “Ganga Arti” which culminates in placing tiny
lamps or ‘diyas’ on fragile leaves and floating them in the
shimmering waters of the Ganga. As the sun sets, a specially
arranged cultural feast of dances and music follows.

Day 4 – VARANASI / DELHI
Early morning excursion to holy river Ganges and
visit by boat to the bathing and the Cremation Ghats, followed
by city tour visiting the Bharat Mata temple which houses one
of the most perfect relief maps of India carved out of marble,
the Durga temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu
University, which has an Art Gallery and the Mosque of Moghul
Emperor Aurangazeb.
Afternoon transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi IC
408.
Depart Varanasi at 1625 hrs
Arrive Delhi at 1935 hrs
On arrival, meeting and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 – DEPART DELHI
In time transfer to the International airport to
board flight for onward destination.
