Day 1 - DELHI
The romance and colour of India greets you as you
disembark from your jet in Delhi - India’s splendid capital.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the Hotel.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 - DELHI
Delhi, the capital of India has a fascinating
history and a stimulating present. Believed to be the
legendary Indraprastha described in the epic “Mahabharata”,
Delhi Mughal, who continued the imperial line, until British
days.
Morning for city tour of New Delhi visiting - Birla Temple,
Humayun Tomb and Qutub Minar, 234 feet high tower, nearby
stands the Iron pillar which is also known as Ashoka Pillar
which is also known as Ashoka pillar. Drive past India Gate -
the war memorial, President’s House, which was once the
viceroy’s palace, Parliament House and Secretarial Buildings.
Afternoon at leisure for independent activities. Evening
Welcome Dinner at our Chairman’s Palace.

Day 3 - DELHI
Morning tour of Old Delhi. The Old city was built
by Shahjehan in the 17th century, stands today as an epitome
of the whole history of Indo-Islamic architecture. You will
visit - Red fort, Jama Masjid built by Shahjahan between
1639-1648 symbolizing the Mughal glory, Raj Ghat - the
cremation site of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and drive past
Chandni Chowk - the busy shopping centre of the walled city.
Afternoon free for independent activities.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 - DELHI / VARANASI
Morning transfer to airport to board flight for
Varanasi.
Depart Delhi at 0925 hrs. by IC-407
Arrive Varanasi at 1235 hrs.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon at leisure for independent activities.
Evening transfer to Raja Amrit Rao Peshwa Ghat on the banks of
river Ganges to witness special Arti at Sunset followed by
Indian dance show.Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 - VARANASI
Varanasi, one of the holiest city for Hindus and a
fascinating city of the east. With its array of shrines,
temple and palaces rising in several tiers from the water’s
edge is also a city of fairs and festivals, celebrating about
400 of them during the year. Early morning at 0430 hrs - boat
excursion on river Ganges to see the bathing Ghats and the
cremation sites. Watching people bathing and worshipping at
the Ghats is one of most extraordinary. Return to the hotel.
Thereafter, proceed for a city tour visiting - Bharat Mata
Temple with a big relief map of India in marble, Durga Temple,
Tulsi Manas Mandir, Benaras Hindu University which has an Art
Gallery and the Mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb built on
the site of an ancient Hindu Temple.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6 - VARANASI / ALLAHABAD

Morning depart for Allahabad by surface for a day.
Excursion. Allahabad, also known as Prayag in Hindu tradition,
is one of the holiest places in Hindu religion; it is also the
venue of the famous Kumbha Mela which is held once in 12
years. This is the place where the triveni sangam (the
confluence of the three rivers) the Ganga, the Yamuna and the
legendary Saraswati meet. It is also the ancestral home town
of India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
During the sightseeing visit Akbar Fort and the
palaces/gardens, Museum - housing ancient paintings &
sculptures, Triveni Sangam Point, University and Anand Bhawan
- the ancestral home of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru
Lunch at Hotel Yatrik. Time free to explore on your own and
thereafter, return to Varanasi. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 7 - VARANASI / AGRA
Morning time at leisure till departure to the
airport to board flight for Agra.
Depart Varanasi at: 1625 hrs. by IC-407
Arrive Agra at 1935 hrs.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 8 - AGRA
Agra, also known as the ‘City of Taj’. With the
arrival of the Mughals in 1526, led by Babar, Agra entered a
completely new epoch which has contributed to making it a
destination in contemporary times. Agra reached its zenith
between 1556 and 1658, under the Mughal emperors Akbar,
Jehangir, and Shahjehan. Most of the famed monuments,
including the Taj Mahal, belong to this period, when Agra was
a hive of building activity of exceptionally high standards.
Morning enjoy rickshaw ride to Taj Mahal and witness the world
famous marble wonder during sunrise. Thereafter, return to the
hotel. Later a city tour visiting - Agra fort- Built by the
famous Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, the huge fort is
dominated by red sandstone construction. It houses the
beautiful Pearl Mosque and many other noteworthy structures.
Visit Taj Mahal - Built by Shahjehan a memorial to his queen
Mumtaz Mahal. It took 22 years to finish this white marble
wonder. Apart from its fine symmetry and balance design, the
Taj Mahal also has some of the examples of traditional inlay
work.
Rest of the time at leisure for independent activities.

Day 9 - AGRA / MATHURA / AGRA

Morning depart for Mathura by coach. A 45 minutes
drive from Agra, it is one the oldest towns situated on the
banks of the river Yamuna. It is a pilgrimage city for Hindus
and the birth place of Lord Krishna. Visit Museum & temples
and thereafter, proceed to Vrindavan, a town of temples with
some of the most magnificent shrines in North India.
Return to Agra for overnight stay.
Day 10 - AGRA / JAIPUR
(230 KMS)
Morning depart for Jaipur by coach. En-route visit
Fatehpur Sikri, also known as deserted city. It was the new
capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar but he left the city due to
paucity of water. The audience halls, preserved as are the
tomb of Sheikh Salem Chisti, Panchmahal and Buland Darwaza.
Thereafter, proceed to Jaipur.
Arrive Jaipur and check-in at hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 11 - JAIPUR
Jaipur was founded in 1727 AD by maharaja jai Singh
who moved his capital from Amber to the city he built.
Jaisingh’s various talents and interests are clearly exhibited
in the city. In 1863, Jaipur dressed itself in pink to Welcome
Prince Albert, consort of Queen Victoria. Since then, the city
has been known as ‘The Pink city’
Morning visit Amber Fort, 12 kms from Jaipur lays Amber with
an old palace overlooking the lake at entrance to a rocky
mountain groove. Built in 17th century, the palace is a
distinguished specimen of Rajput architecture. The Mandir (
Hall of victory) is so delicately ornamented with fine inlay
work that it glows, Sheesh Mahal, considered to be one of the
world’s best Chamber of Mirrors, Diwan-e- Am (Hall of
Audience), Diwan-e-Am ( Hall of audience), Sukh Mandir with
its sandalwood doors. Through out the massive fort, finely
carved lattice windows, Painted doorways and halls and finally
sculptured pillars calls for the attention. One also enjoys a
measure of erstwhile majesty by riding up to the palace on a
brightly caparisoned elephant.
Thereafter, City tour visiting - the maharaja’s city palace
which also the houses a museum containing rare manuscripts,
painting and an armoury, the Observatory with a sun dial which
is 90 feet high and drive past Hawa Mahal ( Palace of Winds)
and colorful bazaars of the Pink City. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 12 - JAIPUR / MUMBAI
Morning transfer to airport to board flight for
Mumbai. Meeting and transfer to the Hotel.
Mumbai, the ‘Gateway of India”. A beautiful harbor studded
with hilly islands and a palmfringed shore, rising gradually
to the peaks of mountain ranges form a fine waterfront for
Mumbai. Besides being a major port of India and an industrial
centre, Mamba is also the base of Indian film industry and is
known as Hollywood of India.
Afternoon city tour visiting Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens
situated on the slopes of Malabar hill, offering a panoramic
view of Marine Drive and Chowpatty Beach, also visit Prince of
Wales museum - the Victorian domed structure houses the fine
collection of miniature paintings. Its three sections are on
Art, Archeology and Natural history, Dhobi Ghat, Mani Bhawan,
the Gateway of India - built during the period 1924-1927 to
commemorate the visit to India of King George V, of England in
1911. Drive through the Crawford Market, marine drive and
Flora fountain. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 - MAMBA
Morning transfer to Gateway to board motor launch
for a half day excursion to Elephant Caves. Elephant contains
a fine cluster of 6th-8th century rock-cut caves. The
sculptures are beautifully executed and the most outstanding
of these is the Maheshmurthy or Trimurthi, a five meter high
three-headed bust hewn from a single rock, representing the
three aspects of Shiva, viz. the creator, the Preserver and
the Destroyer. Thereafter, return to the Hotel. Overnight at
Hotel.
Day 14 - DEPART / MAMBA
Early morning transfer to airport to board flight
for onward destination.
